You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise. You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

After ordering and filling out the health consultation form, you will receive a generated email that we have received your request. As soon as one of our Certified Detoxification and Cellular Regeneration Specialists are available, they will contact you for a phone consultation with you (based on your chosen day) in order to discuss and choose the best most effective raw vegan meal plan detox program personalized to your health concerns and health goals based on the information in the completed form and during the phone consultation. Your order will then be processed and we will start making your meal plan detox Life Food Box, ready for pick-up or delivery as soon as it is prepared. The number of days of your detox program will be based on the number of days you choose during ordering- either 3 or 7. You will also receive an informative and helpful protocol detox guide as well as email support during the course of your program

After the one-time phone consultation, your health coach will email you an informative and helpful protocol detox guide and you will have access to email support with your health coach so they can help guide you through the detoxification process if you have any questions throughout the course of your program. We are here to help guide you in your wellness journey offering support based on years of experience and education!
